I have owned and used; S3, S1a, Spotmatic 1,MX, ME Super,Program A (now defunct), LX and 6x7. I take out one of my ME Supers for local press work nearly every time as the flash synch. is the fastest at 125th sec. I was really disappointed with the LX cameras as they synch only at 1/75th sec. like the Nikon F3,no good for fill-in work outdoors, and for a profesional camera a bad design. If Nikon can make 1/250th on the FE2 why not Pentax? The LX has let me down several times and I've got two. Bad exposures, TTL flash not working and shutter sticking. I don't use them much now. My vote goes to the ME Super. ( I like the 6x7 of course, but not for press work; the other photogs would laugh if I turned up with it; they've all got their company Canons and Nikons!)

Read the discussion on how to remove the adapter from the camera body; I just SQUEEZE the spring with my FINGER at the same time as TURNING it and it comes out NO WORRIES!
