I had the files on the card - swapped in the card reader in the laptop. Not sure how I missed some of the photos. I got 15 of 45 or so. Nothing in the bin though
I will let you know what the outcome will be...thanks!

Found a webpage - downloaded cardrecovery ver. 3.60 - Is told me it found 170 files.
To actually get them I need to pay a license around 25. Anyone used this software - or would you recommend something else?

I like the expression on the face of the little one on the right
"I'm a grown up too"
The big male looks like he's lost his glasses.
Well it was freezing cold that day - just before Christmas. They opened the gate while I was preparing to shot. I got a few shots with freezing Lions....they sure look like small cats on the other shots

I used two different programs now - PC Inspector and Sandisk Rescue Pro.
Both found the 170 files. Both programs saved them in the wrong format as TIF files.
I shot all the pictures in RAW (Pef). It seems that this format is a hard one to find anything suitable for.
I need help to find a program that actually saves the deleted files as PEF again......
