I added a layer mask to blur the background a bit more.

No critic here. Who could resist such a lovely and funny portret. One tip though.....There is a slight halo visible caused by the layermask and amount of blurring.
This portret is perfect to select with the pen tool and then use lens blur found under:filter>blur>lens blur. You can achieve a very realistic backround blur, simulating the use of fast aperture lenses. The pen tool is a bit difficult to master, but probably the best selecting tool for this job. It gives you a very large amount of control.

Well........,i seem to recal there are actually species of butterfly's who go by the name; Tigerwing or something like that
