Thanks for that, I've just bought two slave flash untis for £7.50 inc postage, which seemed awfully cheap.

Any idea what I can do with them?!

Thank you for that Stefan. Have managed to find a Sekonic for what seems a decent price on another forum. I think I will give it a try and see what happens. If it turns out that I can manage without and trust my camera metering - well it will be back up for sale then

Mind you, I doubt I'll find a copy of the 2000mm lens.
You probably won't want to look at this link then...

Yes actually - 3 I know of: 1000, 2000 and 400/600 Zoom

Ah but they are photographs - Testing the IQ of the lens, depth of field tests, framing, focus etc etc can all be done using the coffee cup or the humble mouse. I often take photgraphs of the books in my book case or items on the shelving or computer desk in my office to do just as mentioned above - I think it is quite normal

I love everything about them, the size, build quality, manual focus feel, and even just taking a few snap shots it is easy to see the optical quality compared to the kit zooms bundled with the K-m (in fact I don't see them getting back on the camera in the near future!).

Well I just hope the operators are well enough trained in the use of these scanners. My local DIY hardware store manager is now a member of the security staff at the local airport Oh the recession...

An istDL was my first AF camera, quickly followed by and istDS and then istD. I then moved on to the K10 - K20 and now the K7. Yes I still have them all...
