Arrived safely - So different from my A16/2.8 Fisheye which was great on film but not so pronounced on Digital. Look forward to getting some shots this weekend (weather permitting)

I have a screen protector for my K7 -It is made of glass and is the same make as those on my K10 and K20. However, there was nothing listed for the K7 so I had to buy one intended for "Another" make of camera with the same screen size. I bought them all from Japan via ebay and they do a great job, and they are easier to clean than the original!
Just make sure that the original screen is cleaned well before fitting!

PS - At work and ebay etc is blocked so unable to get the make...

For sale is my Pentax 10-17mm fisheye lens.

Bought it from Mike-P not long ago, unfortunately it has to go in order to pay some unforeseen expenses.

Pictures can be found on the original sale thread here:

I can provide more pictures if necessary.

Lens is a really unique and fun tool, capable of amazing results, unfortunately it's my only lens with any real value and as such has to be the one to go

Lens is in mint condition, and comes with original lens caps, Pentax lens pouch and box.

I'm looking to recoup what I paid for the lens which is £300 plus postage.

Any queries just drop me a line.

Move dial away from Green mode, ie P and then press menu. Keep pressing the cursor button to the LH until you see the Orange C, KEEP GOING to Tab 6 and option 36 (Using Aperture Ring)

Hope that helps

Regards

David

Well mine, the A version, has arrived at the post room at work! Purchased it the other day from another Pentax Forum. I am supposed to be fitting the kitchen at the moment (Stopped for coffee etc) Now wondering whether I should go and pick the lens up... Could mean a diversion though from kitchen fitting because of all comments on the lens I would have to go out and try it
It was purchased - without sensible hat on, as I already have the 1.7 and 1.4. However, without sensible head, I have read and re-read about this "Legendary" lens and decided I must get one

Lighting it as you spray is even better.

Manual focus, careful lining up to avoid reflections and maybe a polarizing filter.
I have always found that a polarizing filter works very well - in good light
