Absolute b*****ks, I really don't get why you have to make such a reactionery statement. Monochrome photography has been and will be here for ever and a day, admittedly you may love it, hate it or be indifferent to it, but to decry it is simply peurile.
I never ever have had to notion to ask why color photograghy needs to be here when I am so passionate about mono, simply because there is plenty of room for both mediums in our fascinating world of photography.
To live in such a narrow minded world must be very limiting to ones creativity.
