It is literally a handwritten cheque

OK thanks, requested mine to be paid into bank acct as I thought I would be away! So will probably take even longer!

I was hoping taking the direct payment option would be quicker, but I guess we'll find out.

Just to say that my cash back appeared as a direct payment into my bank today.
I had posted the form off on 8th December.

I sent in the forms 1st December and payment arrived in the bank 19th December.

Please telephone Pentax, and ask to speak to Andrew Mellor, who can confirm that your cashback request has been received, as normally the turnaround is very good!
