This set doesn't have your trademark style.
That's what I thought, too - not that it's not of the usual quality, of course! The first two are lovely to look at, but the processing intrigues me, perhaps the tones are a little on the cool side? 3 and 4 both seem a little dark, especially 3, but the reflected sky on the lake surface in 4
is superb - looks like glass!

No trip to Keswick is complete without lakeside ferry photos! Lovely!

Mullaghmore and Rosses Point are a couple of "must see" places to visit along the coast.

Rosses Point - not sure about these: mid-day sunlight and no lens filters in the bag! Thoughts appreciated!

We had a lovely trip to visit family back in March and some good weather, too. Coastal walks are at the northern end of the Wild Atlantic Way. Being coastal, there's not always a lot of variety in what's to be seen, but it's still a lovely part of Ireland. All taken with K1 + FA 28-105. Do feel free to comment.

I was thinking just the same things as Steve before I saw his comment, particularly about the boots! Good pictures, making the viewer think about what he/she is seeing.

Nice to see a song thrush
Agreed - very rare these days round our way. I like the first one, particularly.

Well done! It's a bird I've never been able to capture.

A stroke of luck, Gareth! The people appeared just as I was getting ready to take the shot and looked like they would get out of the way quickly when they saw me. I called out to them, "Just stay there a second, please!" Fortunately they did - and, I think, made a big difference to the effectiveness of the image.

Gary, first time I'm aware of that someone has gone somewhere because of a photo I took! Glad you had good weather too. I always come back from the Lakes with far too many photos taken so I know what you mean - it's always "Wow, what a view!" then five minutes later " an even better one!" of exactly the same subject and so on and on.
Don, it is a tranquil spot with maybe enough narrow, winding roads for access to deter people a bit. Access by motorbike is probably a good way to get there.
Thanks for commenting, both of you!
