Superb! Everything spot-on - soft, attractive and colourful backgrounds and the points of focus skillfully chosen with shallow depth of field. Every one a winner!

... and this time the full view! It's an "out and back" walk, not a circular one, but great views whichever direction you're looking!

Not iClouds, but real ones! A new experience and photographically quite challenging to avoid overexposure etc. K70 + DA 16-85. Do feel free to comment.

As always, I ended up with far too many photos to process. So, eventually, I've whittled them down to what I think are worth posting and grouped them by each day's walk. Feel free to comment, as always! All taken with K70 + DA 16-85. Hope you enjoy!

Loads of photos to process from over the summer, but first a few from yesterday that I couldn't resist. Hadn't seen a grasshopper in our garden for years and years until 3 turned up yesterday. Got pretty close to one in particular, that seemed to follow me round with its eyes as I tried to capture it head-on. Weird! K70 + Sigma and Tamron macro lenses.

What's left of the lavender is still attracting pollen seekers, too, but not enough left, I guess, to keep them still for long, so a bit blurry here and there, but I like the colours!

I find the first three very attractive - I could live with prints of them on the wall.
4 doesn't do anything for me; 5 and 6 make my eyes go funny!
All in all, I think that's probably a good "strike rate" for an ICM experiment.
Always worth trying something different - thanks for posting!

Great variety of subjects, all very well captured, from a favourite part of the world. That said, no. 5 is for me outstandingly good - great stuff!

We moved from the Algarve coast to Porto, which was completely new to me (and very busy!). First up: a few "tourist" shots which show how busy a place it can be, but also, I think, why it's so popular. All K1 + FA 28-105mm. All thoughts welcome.

The mono treatment seems very appropriate in all three - lovely.
