We used to have lots near the bird feeders at Kew Gardens.. Either the parakeets or squirrels have scared them off, shame really as I do like them (not their fault they are disease vectors)...

To add to smc's comment, when you search make sure you use the full description of the lens rather than just Sigma 120-400. K-mount is already rare but judging by your model designation it sounds like a 'later' model, I don't think original ones had 'OS' (no point on a Pentax) or 'HSM'.

that's not a want or need lens, it's a LUST lens.... shame my FA135 2.8 is used so infrequently I can't justify it personally.

I was looking through my archive and amazed as to how well the images from K10D and K-5 stand up compared to images taken with newer kit, just a shame that when something newer comes along the older cameras are suddenly surplus to requirements

I know you've had or still have the D500, with the astonishing 200 shot buffer (if you use the right cards...) but if you had the D7100 which was basically Nikon's top APS-c offering before the D500 came along you would consider Pentax's buffer vastly superior. I used to be so frustrated at air shows, even though the Nikon's acquire capture and track AF better than Pentax the D7100 buffer was full after 5 shots (YES FIVE) and the D3 could only manage 9 (NINE!), the buffer had to completely clear before you could begin shooting again. This is why if you saw me at air shows I'd have the Nikons on one shoulder and the K-3 on the other so I could continue shooting the sequence...without the Pentax I'd fill the time cursing.

Forgot to mention that as well as being the 'face' of Grays on U-tube - she is a Pentax user too!! Apparently shots film on a 67.

My other 2 favourites Grays and Cambrian were on the list, and as I have bought from Cambrian and SRS this year I am torn between 2 excellent businesses.

But doesn't Mr Atherton look miserable in that shot with the Grays of Westminster people, complete contrast to that lovely Becky Danese. He came across as a bit taciturn when he visited our club a few years ago.
