That's an impressive looking beast! I'm still waiting for prices to drop even further but I do fancy a 67 one day...

Does anyone know if the magnifying eyecup will fit a Samsung GX20?

Andy
Yes it will. My right angled finder is currently "on-loan" to a Samsungite and all viewfinder accessories are fully interchangeable.

The front of the plasticy case has the words OMO under an inverted V.
The inverted V is actually the cyrillic character "L", hence in English it's Lomo. There endeth today's trivia lesson.

Excellent shot Martin and a worthy winner - a good set of entries all round this fortnight in fact, so congratulations to Prieni for a tough judgement call well made!

It puzzles me a bit how the green model and the parts of the Escort to be are kept suspended in the air. But these are thoughts that arise only on the second glance and this shot does have its biggest impact at first contact.
This shot required (out of view obviously) a large sheet of perspex, six assorted clamps, two wire clotheshangers and several tens of yards of cotton thread. It took about two hours to set up, two minutes to photograph and a further hour cloning the supporting threads out again in Photoshop. The hardest bit was keeping it all still after it was set up as the slightest movement made the green car spin onto its nose...

Excellent fun though - kept me amused all afternoon!

This is the pre-cloning shot that shows the supports in place (most obviously across the grey roof):

Hefty, yes as a matter of fact I already have the ME-1 for my E-510, I haven't yet tried the Pentax one on my E-510 but I did try to fit my Oly ME-1 on my K20D last night and it seemed a little tight so didn't force it.
Thanks for that, I wasn't sure if Oly had made the 4/3 cameras compatible with OM accessories - looks like the answer's no. Some accessories like the Pentax Refconvertor (right angle finder) fetch 3 or 4 times the amount of the Oly OM equivalents and I've always got an eye out for ways to save some pennies...

Today my O-ME53 1.2x Magnifying Eyecup arrived a nice little extra.
I'm not sure about 4/3 stuff, but Pentax viewfinder equipment (magnifiers, cups, angle finders, etc) is fully interchangeable with accessories designed for the Olympus OM system. It'd be interesting to know if your new eyecup fits your E-510?
