So you got stuck with the final sale fee because of the non paying bidder or have you claimed it back. :
I claimed that back! Said that "the buyer didn't want the item", eBay contacted him and within the hour he'd agreed so I get a full refund.

The first time it was up I had a few eBayers asking me if I'd split the package - I figured this way I'll increase the number of potential buyers and if anybody does want both they can bid on both - I do discounts for combined postage.

Last time the pair fetched £88 so keep watching - it'll be an interesting lesson for future auctions if nothing else!

I too would probably rather have a second-hand K10D for exactly the same reasons Pete states above (viewfinder / extra control wheel), however, buying used isn't practical for everybody and if I couldn't afford a K20D then the K200D would be the next best thing.

I don't know if it's just me, but i can't get your link to work
How odd! Works for me

You could try this link direct to the auction to the Samsung 12-24 and then click on "view seller's other items" or just do a search for "hefty2002" (my eBay user name).

Ill keep an eye on that 12-24, only wish you listed it a week ago, before I purchased my Sigma 10-20

What do you expect it to go for. :

Bummer on the MZ5n, I thought you got a pretty good price for that. Did you offer it to the 2nd highest bidder, and what was the reason for the high bidder pulling out.
He only had 3 feedback, was registered in Holland and mailed me at the end of the auction to ask how much postage would be to China instead. I replied, then gave a couple of gentle reminders, never heard back. I run a strict "no money after 7 days (unless agreed) you lose" rule so now it's up for auction again. To be honest, by splitting the body and lens hopefully I'll end up getting more than I did when I bundled them together - that's how eBay usually works so we'll see. His loss!

Sorry about the 12-24 but I had listed it on here back in December and nobody wanted it for £350 which I thought was a good price. With the £ being so weak right now I'm expecting a bit more than that over on eBay. Hope so anyway, it owes me that much...

...Pentax version is not available either. How long have you been waiting for it?
From memory it was announced at the start of 2008 - a blink of the eye in Pentax launch terms! Probably another year to go before it's actually in the shops...

When I put some items on eBay a couple of weeks ago I didn't leave a link here until the last minute - this time I'm giving you all the heads-up right at the start.

hefty's eBay goodies

There's:

Pentax MZ-5n (from the last auction - buyer pulled out)
Pentax FA 28-70 f/4 (I've split this and the MZ-5n into seperate auctions this time)
Pentax ME body with ERC
Pentax M 50 f/1.4
Pentax M 135 f/3.5
Pentax F 70-210 f/4-5.6
Kenlock 2x TC
Pentax dedicated Sunpak flash (tilt AND swivel and with full manual override!)
Samsung SA 12-24 f/4 (yes, the very same Pentax DA 12-24 clone I was offering on here before Xmas - be interesting to see if it was worth waiting until the cashbacks ended as it's now mine and it owes me some money)

If anyone fancies a bid on anything I'd be very grateful!

Hi and welcome to the forum - I second Scott's suggestion re: Sanyo Eneloop batteries. I know nothing of Macs I'm afraid...

Only part of the £19 is duty, around £8 (from memory?) is the Post Office's handling charge. Could be worse, UPS once charged me a £40 handling charge for c.£10 of unpaid duty - hence I now refuse to deal with sellers outside the EU who ship via UPS.
