You did well there, I always worked on 10% .. not that I ever actually sat down and worked it out properly.

I obviously made more than I thought on Ebay.
I always guesstimate around 7% and it's usually just under or thereabouts.

I know - I almost kept it for myself. It'd probably hold enough tea to water a small army too

Less 10% for Ebay and Paypal fees ...
A horrifying £26.97 in total for eBay and PayPal fees!

Still, made £36.03 net profit so not too bad - every little helps...

Well wonder no more! Seperately the MZ-5n fetched £41.00 and the FA28-70/4 fetched £68.01 - a grand total of £109.01 compared to the £88.00 they reached when bundled together. Guess I won't be selling any more camera/lens bundles in the future!

Seems strange, looks like the same buyer for both.
Not that strange; if I had the cash spare I'd buy both, see which I got on best with and sell the other - he's unlikely to lose any money on the deal - if anything they seem to be creeping ever further up in value.

True - but it's swings and roundabouts; now's a great time to be selling stuff priced in sterling

I find that 200mm is about my limit for keeping things wobble-free without a tripod, unless it's *really* bright sunshine and I'm using shutter speeds of 1/750 and faster. Probably why I'm not a big fan of long telephotos...

If they did accept a grand then I'd have it! Somehow I think it'll go for more than that though...
