Batteries are quite easy to get hold of, you just need a pair of LR44's (or equivalent) available from most chemists, Tescos, etc.
As for getting your pics onto your PC I'd suggest asking for them to be scanned at the development stage - most labs will do this for you and give you a set of your images as JPEGs on a CD (in addition to the actual slides / prints).

From eBay (completed listings / worldwide):
Pentax FA*80-200/2.8 recently sold for £1147
Sigma 70-200/2.8 available new circa £600
Pentax F*300/4.5 recently sold for £681
Pentax FA*300/4.5 (unable to find example - I'd expect around £700-750)
Pentax FA*400/5.6 advertised for sale at £1636 but didn't find a buyer
Not cheap!
