Hi,
I've read about this problem before.

Very nice, I wish I could hold my Bigma as steady for such a long exposure.

Hi,

The AF/MF switch on my K200D has started to give problems. If set to MF it does not always disconnect the focus drive and this is happening more frequently. With the lens removed and operating the switch the drive sprocket does not withdraw flush with the lens mount when set to MF, it only moves down a fraction.

Has anyone else had a similar problem and is there a simple cure.

Dam, that message took seven years to reach me, I'll have to speak to my ISP about their service.

Thanks Chris for picking it up, It never entered my mind that it might be a hoax.

Hi,

That's a very nice shot, I'm waiting for the 27th, see mail below, this should present a good photo opportunity although I doubt that Mars will appear the size of the moon..

Thanks for the posting, it gives me hope for my 50-500. Did you use a tripod and how far away was the bird, I presume the image has been cropped.

Has anyone else found that the AF focus point shifts to the front or rear depending on whether you start focusing from the infinity setting or from the minimum focus setting on the lens.

Not being qualified to comment on your society but my first thought when reading this was, has there not been an overall improvement since my UK ancestor left the slums of Bermondesy in 1820.

Thanks, I remember seeing them at the time. There are some really beautiful shots there and I can now see why some people get addicted to a fisheye. I'm 70, so maybe there is still time for my taste to mature.
