i mainly use my pc but sometimes will use my laptop, my laptop has a hd screen and to be honest is probably better and sharper than my pc monitor.

manual focus is better, the auto focus with live view is massivly slow so i would'nt use it anyway.

Think this is the place to put this....Basically just bought one of these, 6 days to deliver from china and only £2.65 with free delivery. Works a treat, set up with my k-x auto focuses befor shot and can use to hold button in Bulb or pres to open then press again to close shutter.

ended up with a Giottos mtl9351b and mh5011 head, very happy with it, and for £99 a decent price too. thx for the help with this one.

I've also been looking at the 28-80, not sure what to do really, the one i have, 28-80 or this one?
