I'm probably being a bit thick but I don't really understand the brief. I'm guessing that an unusual image ratio is required? Or at least not a 35mm (ie: 6 by 4) crop?

Number 1 for me as well, the reflected colours on the peak are great. I find the hut unattractive too.

I'm not in the slightest bit tempted to upgrade. The K5 is so good that I think it is better to skip a generation or three.

I don't think I'd want to be processing images on even a large tablet. Bit fiddly and still too small. I have just got a Nexus 7, which I rather like. It can fit nicely in the camera bag. If I am away on a trip somewhere (this is rather hypothetical) then I can dump the memory card to the tablet and back the files up to Skydrive. Plus I can shoot RAW + JPEG and get a better idea than the camera LCD screen how photos are looking. I think photos look good on the Nexus. 10" would be undoubtedly better to show to clients.
