The 50-200 is about the cheapest zoom to add to a kit lens. Both WR and non WR versions. Plenty available second hand. If the money is tight they offer very good value for money. There is also Samsung branded, non WR, versions that seem to be even cheaper just a different badge.
I like mine and still use it even though I have other better lenses. It is nice and compact to take up the mountains, I have the WR version so can take it when the weather is inclement.

Impressive stuff, massive invasion of privacy though!

Seriously though, get yourself a completely sealed case. A Peli case or some of the smaller Pelican cases for your kit. Not cheap but much cheaper than ruined lenses. They are completely waterproof and you wont need to change the silica gel bags too often. They offer very good protection from physical damage as well.
Tupperware is polythene and not completely moisture proof, waterproof maybe but it will allow moisture through.

Most lenses use the name ring, the part with the lens type, serial number and Asahi Opt. Co on it, to hold the front element in. The name ring uses the same threads as the filter. I'm not sure, but there may be a retaining ring holding the front element in, under the name ring. If there is it usually uses three screws to hold it in.
To remove the name ring you need a rubber disk with an outside diameter less than the filter size but it does not want to rub the lens front element so it needs to clear the lens front element. I usually use a conical rubber part from a kitchen waste fitting but any suitable rubber part that can be used to grip the name ring will do. You can trim it to size easily. Using the rubber disk you simply unscrew the name ring by applying pressure to the ring and turning.
It is not just the quality of screwdrivers that is required. Japanese lenses use JIS headed screws and normal phillps pointed screwdrivers can damage the screws. That said, I seem to have no problem with a small precision screwdriver set I bought in Lidl!
Hydrogen Peroxide and Household Ammonia, 50-50 mix is recommended as an agent for cleaning fungus. Not sure where you get it from but I have used vinegar and it seems to work. Wash off with water after use and make sure it is completely dry before reassembly. Damp is what makes the fungus grow in the first place!
Reassembly is simply the reverse.
Must be worth having a go.

In very good condition inside and out(even got it's passed sticker). Glass all clear, smooth focus and aperture snappy.
Comes with non-original caps. £30 including postage UK.

Pentax Macro Bellows II & slide copier attachment.
Made for screw mount lens and camera but usable with a mount adaptor on K mount cameras.
Good condition, bellows light tight and no rust and all the adjusters work fine.
£25 including post in UK.

Variable Auto Teleplus for M42, with case.
I don't know a lot about this but I believe it's a variable 2-3x teleconverter.
They seem to go for around £5 on ebay so how about £6 including the postage in UK?
