Have you tried using a polarizer filter?

Just be sure you can get a Pentax K mount adapter.

Hi
You lost the entire eyepiece part. You are showing just the bare attachment point for eyepieces. As you wear glasses I would check eBay for the large eyecup. It is a large fairly flat eyecup attachment that is great if you wear glasses

I concur with the Pentax 1.2 eyepiece. Have one on my K S2 and never leave the house without it. I also use the right-angle eye attachment by Pentax on all my cameras. 1x and 2x selectable. I have had that for years can still be found used. It makes low-level and high-level camera positions easier on the eye and back. Both of these items work on many other brands of cameras as well.

Hi
I have the 150 to 450 Pentax zoom, a great lens but is a heavy beast. I picked up a Spiratone 500mm F8 mirror lens (made in Japan, Spiratone always seemed to find great Japanese lens) Easy to handhold, takes great pictures. This is the lens I pack when I am on a photo jaunt and may need it. On my K S2 it becomes a 750mm lens at F8. I use it with my Pentax film SLRs also. I have used various products from Spiratone over the years with great success. Sadly they have been out of business for years. If you find this lens it will be in a t mount so it can be adapted to any camera body. I have the Pentax t mount and also the Konica t mount. I will pack the Pentax zoom when I know that I will be using it for a specific shoot and carry the appropriate tripod also. Just some insight from the American side of the pond.

I have had a vivitar 2x macro KA teleconverter for decades as I bought it new years ago for use with my ME super and superprogram. I have always enjoyed it and yes the results were never tack sharp across the whole frame but were very artistic and have recently dusted it off and plan to use it both on my ME's and my K s2.

HI
I have a Q S1 with all the lenses. I have done quite a bit of buying from Japan for various Pentax needs. That includes some of my Q lens. I have only had excellent results. They have been honest, well priced, and the items always matched the description and been a pleasure to use. So I would diffidently pursue a well price Q lens as a replacement. If you use Ebay they do offer excellent support if a purchase goes sideways.
