I would call it 'colour in mono' and I think it is a superb image, a perfect advert for a K-3 in expert hands.

What i dont get and cant see the point is when you go down the forum page ie li the latest topic you get to the bottom and you have to go back to the top off the page to change pages may i ask why
I don't. I see page changes at the bottom, as well as at the top in topics..
Same here, I can navigate both at the top and at the bottom, no problems.

These are nice Nigel, very detailed, sharp and clear images. The light is a tad harsh, but nothing you could do about that, short of getting up at stupid O'clock to catch the Dawn.

You've nailed that one Simon, impressive result for the kit lens.

Another fab set Simon, you just keep coming up with the goods. It has to be the last one for me.

Many sincere congratulations Mark, I too would like to see more of your work on here, but understand why this isn't the case. I aspire to reaching even half way to your level but I've got a hell of a long way to go judging by what I've just looked at.

Best wishes

A classic to start off with! You can't beat a Goldfinch on a Teasel. This one is very well shot, everything 'right' about it.

Hello and welcome Simon, be sure to give us your thoughts on the K-3 once you've had the chance to get acquainted with it.

Brilliant shot, shows off the camera / lens combination really well. I always had a soft spot for my 16-45, it gave me some great images, but I couldn't justify keeping it when I had a 17-70 as well.
