Thanks Stefan and Sean.
I'm just wondering why the default is 200-6400, and you have to choose 100-12400? Sorry, I know this isn't anything to do with the ND filter thread.
BTW, I think the photos using the filter are pretty good considering it's a first outing. Like everything else, it takes practice to get it right.

You can extent it to ISO100 though.

Excellent, love the touch of the surreal. Reminds me of Dr O's boy with fish pic in that way. Perhaps we should hold a comp - kids with weird pets
You know I think this is a great shot, Blaze!

For me, there's no difference between the fortnightly comp and the weekly comp, except I've less time in the weekly. That's because I don't have much of an archive only having taken up photography recently and having a Pentax even more recently.
But if the subject is not of interest, I'll not enter. Besides, I live out in the middle of nowhere in France, and that limits my subject matter.

I have that lens and have rarely used it. You've inspired me to stick it back on the camera. The last shot in particular really showcases it well.

I had a look at the Jessops store in the Trafford Centre and they had K-5, K-7, K-r, 50mm f1.4, 35mm f2.4, 17-70mm and 100mm WR on display.
