I've just joined on the recommendation of a longer time member. I have to admit that I am not currently a Pentax user. I'm not even a DSLR owner. I have been given plenty of advice on improving my photography skills by said long time member and now feel that a DSLR is my way forward.
I am learning all the time, but I'm hoping you can all help me a lot more. I will be coming in at entry level, but would like to know what you would recommend regarding body and lenses. To give you a clue about what I like doing, I guess macros, landscapes and abstracts....yes, anything really. I'm sort of thinking 3 lenses, macro, 18-55, 55-300 or something like that. My budget is limited, definitely under 1000 quid, so any recommendations would be great, especially in reducing the spend!
