Okay, let's discount the bank holiday weekend, and as no one has suggested anywhere else, and it looks wonderful, we'll say the meet will be at Stowe landscape gardens.

I'll check a few things and then we can sort a final date, and hopefully get a crowd of us along.

It happened to us in Rockhampton - believe me, you don't care what colour they are when you're trying to sleep!

I got mine from 7dayshop.com, they used to do it for £17.99, but don't seem to sell any lumiquest stuff now.

I'll hjave to keep my eye out for a bargain, because my one is getting quite worn, and has a couple of little splits now. Bit of gaffer tape will probably help though.

Yes it will. But if you're after a cheaper alternative, the 7dayshop one is cheaper still and works a treat.

Personally, I much prefer the Li-Ion battery to AAs.

Just to be controvesial , I prefer the third one, for the simplicity, shapes, and the colour of the beetle against the green background.

Number 6 for me is spoilt by the bright line across the top right hand corner. And although it's technically excellent, compositionally it leaves me a bit cold.
