Dan, I have a couple of those eyecups in your link and I prefer them as well,
I had never tried to put it onto the KPS eyecup, but after you mentioned it I thought I would see how it went.
You need to get one where the rubber eyecup comes off the metal attachment piece and leaves a round hole of at least 20mm, this will allow it too slip over the flange on the KPS eyepiece for a firm neat fit.
The first one I looked at had a square hole and was no good, but the second fitted perfectly, so much so I am going to leave it on there. Thanks for the heads up.
Sorry I can't give you a brand name on the one I have, but it looks very much like the one in your link. good luck with it.
Cheers,
Dan

I can only tell you what I've read. How the sensor is clamped I have no idea, but it seems a better idea thatn having it magnetically floating at all times.

In addition, with the K20D and later models the sensor is clamped into position when SR is off.

What other lens do you have?
K-m + DA L 18-55 + DA L 50-200 + Sigma 105mm Macro I presume from the hello you wrote?
Have just recently sold the 2 lenses that came with my K-m kit.

Of course, once you've got your lens camo'd up, you'll need to sort yourself out!
