Thank you very much my friends......it has narrowed the field down a bit!....Living out in the wild's with no photographic suppliers near at hand makes it rather awkward to check these items out.I may have to wait until our meet down in Yorkshire to see them first hand,you can't beat seeing gear in the flesh!......Thanks again!.....Ken

I had some prints done last week to enter in a local show!.....I did a little work on the contrast and lightened them a touch, when I picked them up they were nothing like how they appeared on my screen!.....By the way I had 2 first's and a second out of 4 prints!.................Ken

I need some advice,my old tripod is a bit worse for wear so I'm after a new one.I've looked at what's on offer but the list is endless, so recommendations are asked for
It needs to be sturdy and steady!...adjustable legs, which are quick and easy to operate ,and a head with a decent sized pan/tilt handle, not much to ask for really!.....help me out guy's!

I've just checked my tea leaves ...and I see a bright future!...Pentax will unveil a new camera with a new sensor, this will be made under licence in America only for Pentax. It will bring about a complete change in camera technology!.N...n and C...n will be left trailing in the Pentax wake,it will take them at least 5 years to catch up, and the company who have invented this new sensor!......"Black" is in their name!.............there you go ,you just have to wait now!

There are plenty of threads on the forum describing how to clean sensors etc, but non at all on cleaning the "outside" of either body's or lenses. My K20 goes everywhere with me,work included,so it does get a bit grubby(to say the least...:lol.I was wondering how other members cope with the general build up of grime,and how to get rid of it!......
