Dangermouse: if you want some strap triangles I have a pair here and if the rewind crank is the same as the SpotF I have one of those spare too I bought a 'clean and tidy spares of repair' spot F but on strip down there were quite a lot of bits missing and the lens was riddled with fungus (oh the joy of ebay).

I will probably sell the Spot F with super tak 35 and 50mm lenses, keep the rest for myself. I was hoping to get about £135 for that lot ideally the 35mm lens is spotless and the 50mm pretty damn good.

sandblaster and fine garnet medium. it was a rough black one not a very lovely one, it was already missing paint and had a few dings in it My ESII is a lovely black one, that isn't having any paint near it

This will get powdercoated not paint, very hard wearing and sticks like s#!t to a blanket

I've collected a couple of bodies and lenses in order to get together a little film setup, I have here a very tidy working Pentax Spotmatic F in silver, Honeywell ESII in black and range of lenses. I want to thin down to one camera and no duplicate lenses so ideas on prices then I'll decide what I'm selling:

Ashai Pentax Spotmatic F generally good nick with a dink on the base plate, All seems to work fine and exposure is pretty accurate.

Honeywell Pentax ESII is black, I would say its as close to mint as a used camera of this age gets. all seems to work fine but I've not finished running a film through it yet.

Super Takumar 35mm f3.5 lens in very good condition

SMC Takumar 35mm f3.5 lens in VERY good condition

super takumar 50mm f1.4 lens in reasonable condition slightly yellow and a tiny mark on the rear element (mark does not show up on pics)

SMC Takumar 50mm f1.4 lens later type with 8-blade aperture and rubber grip, very good condition with a tiny mark on the rear element (mark does not show up on pics)

SMC Takumar 50mm f1.4 as above but perfect optics

SMC Takumar 135mm f3.5 with hood and pentax UV filter, VERY tidy with clean optics.

one camera has original strap and case, the other a k1000 case.

I intend keeping one body and a 35mm 2X50mm and probably the 135mm lens, just want a rough idea of prices to see which I'm keeping.

Thanks.

Probably powdercoat mine rather than paint, very hard wearing and sticks like s§!t to a blanket. I have a big bag of antique white (milky colour) which might look pretty cool (would match my car ), or a translucent rootbeer colour which is kinda love or hate (but might go well over brass)...

or something really bright with a pearl fleck to it

Nope, no spare blades, I'll see if those are repairable or try and find a cheaper donor lens for some. If not I may try and do something creative with it like a tilt shift conversion.

Very nice, the K1000 looks like a factory finish!

seeing as that prism you sent me fitted ok I have a 'spare' spotty f which I bought after being told it wouldn't. Mat have to give that a lick of colour in the next few weeks

Title says it all really, looking for the Super Multi Coated Takumar lens with the open aperture metering tabs in M42 mount for my spotmatic. Would prefer good condition but will consider cosmetically rough or lenses with sticky iris blades if the price is right.

Yeah... I'll have 4 of them when they all arrive, lovely lense IMHO, the first manual focus I bought for my canon 20D. I bought one from my local LCE same as yours super takumar, then bought a spotmatic F to play with it on the 'proper' camera it was intended for, realised what a bonus open aperture metering was so bought another with a spotmatic ESII attached, needed some parts to fix the ESII so bought a 'spares/repair' Spotty F which happened to have another SMC version in it. then yours popped up for sale while I was fixing sticky blades on a 35mm f3.5 super tak so I though, why not buy and fix another one I'll keep 2 and sell 2 to fund my need for a SMC takumar 28mm f3.5

I think I may have a spare working spot F so one will go for sale with that.

I have squirrel/magpie tendancies

I am looking for a replacement rubber eyecup for my spotmatic, I'll probably use it to make a DIY Diopter from an old pair of glasses.

Wondered if anyone has found a particularly good one on ebay or similar.
