Some good observations and the two images are very well taken and nicely composed.
Battery life is one of my favourite and I think often under valued benefit of a Pentax DSLR...particularly if using MF a lot as well...can often go all day (1000+ shots ) on just one battery.

What we folks of a certain age really need is a small but robust geared head mounted on crossed focus racks on a lifter and all motorised and remote controlled. Once the camera is mounted and low down, you can do all the positioning and adjustments from the comfort of a deck chair. Perhaps it already exists (motorised focus racks for focus stacking certainly do) but I've never come across one .

Having been used by airlines and holiday companies initially it has spread to many other retail sectors.
Ultimately though when i'm buying used equipment I have a good idea of my 'valuation' of a particular item and if I can get it for that price or lower all is good...if not then I don't bother. One could of course always make a cheeky offer...it works both ways! Retail businesses need both product and customers...one without the other isn't going to be profitable.

Nice people to deal with, respond quickly to queries and their various pricing levels are competitive for what they offer.
Like other companies they offer a free trial...14 days though rather than a month.

The clouds in the first one add real drama to what was already a fabulous image.
Love the composition of the second using the gate to train the eye onward and the couple in the last image enhance it rather than detract.
Your previous ones from Tarn Hows really good as well.
Great pairing of camera and lens...works really well.

No rain and a welcome bit of bright weather eventually.
Also my first opportunity to try out the K-3/DA*200 combo at this location.
I've put together a small gallery of some of the colourful and varied airlines operating out of Manchester to much of the World.
Passenger numbers are almost up to pre Covid levels and should surpass those later this year.
