Beautiful image Mike...you should upload to the main Gallery...would be a definite POTW contender.

I think i'll have a crack at this software during the week...have never tried stitching images together before...but like the idea.

Thanks for the initial info Flan and to Mike for follow-up.

I think a few years ago the moderation on here was more strictly applied...fair enough...however lets be honest, the site is struggling to maintain momentum going forward due to much slower Pentax product release and an aging user base not being replaced by younger people who are more likely to user phones exclusively or mirrorless.

I'm all for it...as long as either the camera body or lens are Pentax/Ricoh connected.

I should imagine without a bit more input to the site it will end up being shut down and we all get migrated to the main ephotozine site if not already on there.

Great images those David...you've convinced me.

I'll look out for one over the next few weeks.

Congratulations on taking the time to give such a good practical review of the camera Peter.

It seems to be a bit of a 'Marmite' product and a mix of 'nice to have' features on the one hand whilst seemingly
'handicapped' by deliberate omission on the other.

Can't make it out at all.

Personally I can't see myself ever going back to film and if i were to i'd probably opt for one of the existing Pentax film cameras with more to offer for less money!

Just my thoughts...

Best Wishes

Stellar image Spad

Hi Steve,

welcome to the forum...plenty of advice on offer should you have any questions.

Great shot...those background tree trunks and foliage give it an almost 'prehistoric' feel...like something from 'Jurassic Park'.

Excellent set...I like them all.

Thanks John.

Any Puffins, Razorbills or Guillemots in residence?

Am hoping to visit in about a week whilst over on the East coast. Will be visiting the cliffs around Flamborough itself as well.

Cheers,

Karlo

Really good.

When did you visit?
