Gosh. Lucky if you're nearly there!

DA Ltds. The DA 40 is in danger of ruining my original 'use the kit lenses until you really know your stuff' intentions.

Eyeing up the 21/3.2, but also spending far too much of my time trawling old threads for opinions on the 15/4 and 70/2.4.

Must... resist....

More like what is on my must sell list than must buy list .

I have thought about buying the 18-135, the 12-24 and either the 14 or 15Ltd. But I am realising I don't really need, or even want them that much. Pkus I have lenses I rarely use which I feel I should get rid of.

So the money will go on a holiday instead .

What is likely to be on you selling list then? I may have a good home to honour their services =)

Haven't got that far yet. I shall be making a decision soon.

Nothing exotic camera / photographically wise.

I need to repair the frost / snow damage to my back garden before the onset of winter. The top half of my garden needs new concrete / slabs or block paving . What was installed some years back has started to break up very very badly

Once that's done and paid for - we'll see
let the education continue

Three things that I would like this year. A Bigma 50-500mm, a 128GB Class 10 Card and a Wireless Flash System for up to 4 Flashes (also I may just get a cheap one for this year from feebay so not really saving up for that one).
Kind regards

It's nice to be nice!

Pentax K-5 with D-GB4 Grip, to many lenses to mention by now (serious LBA by now), TC's, Lowepro Slingshot 300 AW, Manfrotto 028 & Redsnapper RS-283 with various Heads plus various Camera Clamps (I collect them). Pentax AF 360FGZ, Pentax AF 240FT, several Metz 45 CT-1 & 5 with stands and 'Blow Up' Soft Boxes, Flash Triggers, and various Macro gear.

1500 and 750 watt/second flash heads, I cant be doing with PTTL etc. I want powerful output and for the shortest possible duration.

You can never have too much power!

I'm going the other route, I want a set of Elinchrom d-light 200 or 400's with softboxes and a deep dish octa light....... gonna set me back about $1700.00 but added to what I already got, the studio end of things will really get interesting...

That'll be really nice, I'm thinking about tall skinny soft boxes, have you used any?

I ordered up some Bowens 200s today

I am too cheap to buy strip lights...
I use bifold doors that were scrap. Painted them white, and sometimes velcro in silver plastic bubble insulation and bounce my regular lights from inside the doors...

When I get my new lights and softboxes, I intent to cut black fabric to flags the edges and leave strips down the center... and use those when needed..

striplights are handy, but pricey...
for me the new softboxes will be useful for lighting my greenscreen for video... while leave the rest of my lights for lighting the subjects....

I'm seriously considering the 645D. Convincing my wife I need it is another story...

Well I've rationalised my lens kit to the DA40mm f2.8 as my walkaround and my Vivitar 55mm M42 Lens for macro and I've sourced a dirt cheap 18-55 WR for sticking on it when I just want a zoom.
Probably going to add some more manual lenses to have a play, M42 and perhaps Tamron Adaptall.
Likely to add either a DA 15mm or DA 21mm to my kit and possibly later in the year a "better" zoom like the Pentax 18-135 / 17-70, will likely pickup another Ultra Wide Angle (sold my Sigma 10-20) but ideally a Pentax 12-24 as I know everyone raves about it!
Might also look to add some macro kit, ring flash, lightbox just don't tell the missus!
