Please....., spare me that embarrassment. It's bad enough, my ugly mug is available in print in the next PU mag. I still have to figure out a way to pay Lilly back with interest, for serving me that honour. Martin.

Hot Hot Hot
I'm back at work in motorcycle kit, can't wait to sweat off some of those extra pounds I've put on. As for you in Spain, well remember that you need to keep you body fluids topped up, that's what all the bars and cafes are for :D

sigma having a laugh

sigma having a laugh
Actually I don't think it's unreasonable given it's the second time you've sent it back. If they have your body they can match the focus to the body. It's quite possible the lens is "in spec" but it's at the other end of the spec to your camera body, effectively doubling the error. If you do send th...

sigma having a laugh
Probably didn't help Sigma that all the mounts had to also fit Ricoh, Chinon, Cosina and whoever else made K mount lenses. Shouldn't really effect the focus though, but if they do adjust the lens to focus accurately on your screen in manual and auto it should be the best combination of any bra...

Some Rare Pentax Items at MrCad..... good prices
With a site that loads a slowly as that, people probably give up before they find what they want! It's not too bad for me, but I have mentioned on here before that retailers in this country have ZERO interest in actually selling stuff. The same could be said of the Pentax Gallery..... so slow it's p...

Some Rare Pentax Items at MrCad..... good prices
The old manual focus primes are something I'm now considering, especially with the imminent Pentax price rises. How does the SMC Pentax-A 28mm f/2.8 & SMC PENTAX-A 50mm f1.7 stand against the newer DA/FA lenses..I'd be using them on the K20D thanks Simon

I am sure someone mentioned in the forums not so long ago, that there was a certain Avon product that repelled insects!. Having been bitten on the back of my right hand a few days ago, my hand decided it was going to swell up like a small football, so if this stuff works I'm going to buy ten gallo...

Anyone feeling rich?
However, this sort of thing has been put in classifieds in the past Yes, but unfortunately Classifieds was becoming very messy as it started to stray, so we're now back to basics. It can still be clearly seen here, so I hope it enjoys its new home! :)

Anyone feeling rich?
There is an interesting difference in law (and no, I'm not an expert) which basically states there is a difference in offering to sell something which doesn't yet exist. So if Jessops (for example) agree to sell a lens which is in stock and take your money then they would be duty-bound to sell i...

Equipment bag recommendations
If you are intending to fly with it make sure it meets not only size regulations but isn't too heavy in itself. Some bags - the Katas in particular can be ridiculously heavy before you've even put anything into them. Some airlines will weigh your bag, others won't, but if you have to negotiate an ai...

Christening shoot
You can use tissue paper and a elastic band to make a difuser for the pop up flash. I would suggest you try it and see the difference and also get an idea of how much it effects the flash power output - you might need to add some flash compensation. I have a 50mm f1.4 and I take it with me as th...
