Thanks Chris - appreciate the thought - as she is a Police trained and qualified Advanced Fast Pursuit driver I would hope she has been schooled in all forms of safe driving - and as a mother of two little girls her days of "silly" driving are long over - if you drive a VW T2 camper van you get used to not stopping quickly in ALL conditions !!

Stay warm healthy and safe

Tony

Have a great time and enjoy every minute - our best wishes go with you and safe journey.

My daughter Emma has "blagged" a 4x4 monster vehicle from the Met Police in order to facilitate her commute from E.Sussex to Central London this week regardless of the dodgy weather - beats 105 minutes each way on an unreliable train !
Aparently it`s "cool" - ah! the joys of ( comparitive ) youth.........

Frosty start here this am but sun is weakly getting through - no wind or rain or what I believe is called snow - tee hee.

Chocolate and beer - love it Cedric, although bacon butties and tea sounds pretty good too !!!!

Tony

No naughty words at all - until I got my wife Joclick a nice shiny second hand K100D she used the *istD as her own camera and I regularly took the adapter off for when we went out together as she has no experience of manual SLRs and loves the Pentax weight, feel and programming to help her enjoy our hobby.
As John correctly says it removes easily..........

Glad to hear you are both well Barrie & Margaret.

Misty dull, drizzly grey and cool here - winter ? what winter ?

I have the Met Police`s finest trying to identify that Bl**dy photo !!!

Tony

If it`s a genuine adapter you should have no trouble at all - I keep mine permanently on the *istD to save hassle and make me use all my lovely old lenses.

Tony

Reminds me of a young Michael Williams - late husband of Dame Judy Dench
