Only just got back to reading posts - this seems a "friendly place" !!

I agree with Jackie completely - ask Andrew ( Bwichmawr ) I think he`s a genius `cos his pics excite me and I want to take ones like he does.
I give a gut reaction to any photo I see and whilst I am no technical genius I can try to feel what the photographer sensed or wanted to capture.If someone is impressed with DOF or Bokeh ( never heard of that before last month ), cropping or shutter speed then I learn from them and their critique.
I am not a "photomanipulator" apart from the Picassa basics - it is my hobby and my pleasure - not a living or an ego trip.

As I have stated before - I have entered comps here and been bowled over by the positivity and honesty of "all" judges ( 1 win,1 second,1 HC,1 C )

If I think it is good enough I will post it - if others disagree I am sure they will tell me in the kindest possible way.

I`m off to check the 750 downloaded from my K20 now
