At moment I am still using Elements 18, looking toward updating. I just need a programme that I can insert SD card, press a button that says :Sort that Out: and go and have a cuppa. any ideas please. I guess Elements 23 would be a good punt? Regards John

I have been following this thread and now I would like to add my thoughts. .I own a mobile phone, I am told it will take decent photos, however my pleasure is using a DSLR in manual mode, controlling all the settings and getting the result that I want, looking out of the window and thinking, yes, K70 + 70mm Limited, f6.3, 125, ISO 200. And getting a decent result, that gives me a real lift and my day starts well. Perhaps I am a control freak.

Excellent, apart from the fact these are very good, back when the world was new, Orford Ness lighthouse used to flash through my bedroom window, I was about 7 years of age. Great memories of a happy time. Thanks.

Well I guess I knew the day would come, but, Doctors advice is to stop using my right arm/shoulder for carrying my DSLRs around. However, roll of drums, I have bought a Ricoh GRiii, and evidently that's OK. I am happy, Doc is happy and I can still go a wandering. I have an original GR purchased when they first appeared in the shops so I am familiar with them., and the GV1 eye attachment from the GR also fits.

Good morning. I don't know if this helps, due to various issues I have had to make carry weight adjustments. My gear now to carry is K70 + 2 lenses. The weight of K70 with battery is 1.8lb. The KP is given as 1.55 with battery. May help. Good luck.

Would you be with Virgin by any chance, we are, just been switched to fibre, it has taken 3 days for the new connection to settle, intermittent connection, no broadband etc. Seems to have settled down now. 3 days later, fingers crossed.

An absolute bargain at this price. I owned one for a year or so. And enjoyed it, went for AF. Now going down M42 route.
