Choose the same image at the same ISO then click on the image in each window to view large, you can compare the same piece of the same image side by side on your own monitor by moving the scroll bars, then you decide....

Any more than £60 would be pushing it! This is even too much for an A series f1.4!

Not sure the K-20 will take a card that large. If it does then ensure you have the latest firmware.

Pentax will sell bucket loads of these cheaper cameras which will attract new users this will increase the popularity of the brand and get cash in the till to fund their FF range, a certain number will in turn upgrade to higher models. Once the Ricoh coffers are full enough there will be a FF camera which will sell to a much smaller audience and hence not swell the bank balance. It can't be done the other way around (FF first) or Pentax/Ricoh will go bust! There simply isn't the market.

I for one am looking on with interest as I purchased my K5ii purely based on cost, ie what her in doors tells me.

So because I did what I was told and saved a few pounds have I in turn missed out on something or nothing.
That is the key issue and the reason I upgraded from the 7 to the iis. I know I would have doubted my choice if I'd chosen the ii, so I had to opt for the sharper option.
With no regrets, except Pentax have included a cheap, poor quality neck strap. My previous neck strap on the 7 is still almost perfect after over 100,000 images shot, the iis neck strap is already fraying and I've only had it a couple of months!

I borrowed one form a friend (thanks Mr. Bonney) for a holiday and as an all round lens it was great. As Smeggy says you will not get perfect picture quality but still very good IQ nonetheless. A very versatile lens that remained on the camera for almost the entire holiday.

Here are some Sample shots

2nd shot works best for me, it eliminates the blocking tree on the left and the overly bright highlights on the right. I feel that the path needs to be complete, it kind of bugs me that it's been chopped. Nice pano though, I like it
