No, it won't. The equivalent to 35mm measurement is hype dreamed up by marketers to make you think you're getting more than you are. The focal length of the lens does not change.

The gps might be small but the antenna needs to be a certain size and it needs a battery. They could have cut down the size a bit if they'd chosen to use an internal rechargeable lithium or found a way to draw power from the flash hot shoe contacts.

Save the RAW, that's the whole point of shooting RAW in the first place, to have a digital 'negative' that you can keep and develop as required into an image.

Doesn't mean anything Mike. I came back to Pentax about 2 1/5 years ago but don't visit the forum for months at a time. It's a good source of info but (no offense to the guys who run it) it doesn't have the 'homey' feel that other forums have to my mind.

I lost a backup hard drive a few months back, two years worth of images! Lucky I'd learned that lesson a few years previously and it was only one of two backups.

I prefer to go the opposite way, I like to have the full site on any device I'm using. Tapatalk is good for folk with very small screens but it's not free, the forum using it has to pay a royalty and of course it's only meant for forums not complete websites.

I had a very old Tokina 28mm lens from my film days that had the long flange, I cut it off and it fit fine after that although the lens still didn't work properly because the iris wouldn't stop down. Any reasonably new lens will be fine though and probably 99% of older ones too.
