Lovely continuation of your theatre series Bill, beautiful work once again. I do appreciate the wide angle views of 1, 2 and 4 (Nottingham is breathtaking) for showing us the view from "the other side" (I've performed on a stage or two, but nothing close to these - must be quite inspiring, and, literally, awe-some), and in such a grand manner.

And the ceiling in Edinburgh reminds me of the many times I stared at Chagall's ceiling in Paris' Palais Garnier - innocently marveled as a child, artistically awed as an adult - while the Wall of Kisses and the Brighton Shadow give a sense of the 'real world' within these otherworldly settings. And the Front Cloth detail - very circus-y, thus, to me, quite nostalgic.

But the "element" shots, where you have closed into the particular, are those that really move me. Oxford and Wimbledon really pull it off, in color, composition and, especially, feeling. They seem to have both beckoned you to share their story, their life of silence and speech, light and dark, emptiness and fullness - very strong images.

Thank you for these!

Lovely composition, and the many colours are an eye-feast.

I prefer those from the first set, lighting-wise. This one seems a bit harsh, comparatively. Just personal preference, of course!

The B+W's make a nice set, milky water and all... and thanks for the warning, it got me laughing!

Definitely a place that would catch my eye - plenty of interesting frames to be seen. 2, 3 and 4 work best for me, great interplay between the architecture and the decals.

A right renaissance fella (well, apart from the jumper)!

+1 for the first ivy shot. And I really like that the backgrounds are pretty dark. Nice set.

Beautiful animal. Seems to be asking itself a question or two...

Great points of view here, Bill. I particularly like the crane theme running through images 2, 3, 4, 8, 10 and 12 - some head on, some barely discernible or even stripped down to their red lights, yet all strongly present, industrious sentinels of their world.

Fabric and Remedial garner my interest (although I might tighten the crop on Remedial), but Quartet works best for me. I once wrote a piece for jazz quartet called "Trois Pingouins". Maybe I should write one for jazz trio called "Quatre Pigeons" (or are they not pigeons?).
