We are slightly off topic here with the Image Synch app but I am a bit confused by your remote focusing issue, using an iPad I can touch anywhere on the screen and the camera will focus there.I had a flucard. The one with the K1 does use image synch and works reasonably well with my Samsung mobile. It's very crude however in comparison to simply using the camera conventionally. Planning to visit our holiday caravan in Cornwall as soon as we can but will have to work around Mrs RobL’s hairdresser. Our beach visits will be limited to very early morning or late evening as access will be impossible in the daytime, roll on the opening up of foreign holidays so everyone can go somewhere else!

Is that on a laptop or desktop? I use ImageSync on my iPad for tethering to the K1 occasionally which gives exposure and focus control, but this sounds like something different.I use my K1 Or K5II tethered to lightroom. It works perfectly. I use it in studio. Great for seeing large size images instantly.

I appreciate this may be part of a course but I don't see what it would achieve, wouldn't it be best to transfer the files to a safe drive and then just import them into LR? That way you always have the originals untouched in the SD card in case something goes wrong.

2000€ for body - Approx £1700.00 at todays rate
329€ for the grip - Approx £280 at today rate
Add 25% to UK price because of Brexit (That wouldn't surprise me either)
What we need is for Chris to offer an extra £200 on trade ins before I put my K-1 up for sale.
