I know that the majority of us on here use SRS but I just want to say thanks to Chris and the team for the excellent service when I picked up my K-7 last Thursday. I exchanged a K20D along with some other bits 'n' bobs as well as the £70 voucher and got myself a bargain .
I was fortunate enough to pick it up in time to use at the Air Tattoo over last weekend and having had a quick look at the images I am VERY pleased with the results, when I'm able to I'll post some of them on here

So it would be okay to use if you didn't want to use the camera in portrait mode and use the shutter button on the grip. Here are some photos below...

The on/off switch still rotates and is in working condition along with the other buttons on the grip.
Due to the damage for sale at £30 incl delivery.
If interested then send me a PM and I'll give you further details.
Regards
Rob

Number 4 seems the sharpest with the slightly increased aperture, I have to agree with Scott that the first few are pretty soft. If you are thinking of a larger Sigma lens then I would be looking at the 170-500mm (excellent from what I have seen of Scotts pics) or 50-500mm (which I can vouch for first hand).

All of these were taken with the aid of a monopod...

These were taken with a K20D and using .PEF format in TV mode. I took a few at 500mm but having looked at the image on the screen on the K20D they were poor so I think the most I would go to is 400mm.

Anyone else face the same dilemma?

From Fairford it would not have gone over Belvoir - especially at what was possibly as low as 500 feet. Where is the home airfield?
