I would keep the Lens for a month in case they realise there mistake and ask for it back. And if they dont sell it.

Call it compensation for poor service. I wish they had sent me a brand new replacement K20D instead of 2 faulty reconditioned ones.

I prefer the B&W one myself. Another cracking shot Pauly, loving your B&W photos.

Just had a look and they are now selling K20D/K10D batteries for £9.97.
The grip has also gone down to £44.97

With my recent experiences with pentax service, outsourcing can only be good. But hopefully I wont have to use them again...

I fully understand how Tel feels and nearly took the same action of changing brands. But as John said, why bother once you get it fixed, or replaced for a new one as in my case. In fact it was Devon camera who talked me into staying with Pentax as to change brands would have set me back quite a bit extra for an equivalant model.
