Can You all Check your K20D's Please

Been on and off the phone with Chris@SRS today about the Rubber not sealed at the back of the K20D.
The strange thing is they all seem to be the same. (or at least the ones he had in shop).
So im just curious if this is by design or fault or something else.

The area concerned is on the back at the right hand side where the card door is.
Can everyone with a K20D check and see if the rubber backing on your one is totally sealed or not.
Thanks

Downloaded a picture off the net and put a yellow circle round the area.

You will probably need to rub your finger on the area as its very very difficult to see via visual inspection.

Mine is well and truly stuck down. It is proud of the plastic though, by design I reckon. It gives the right edge a soft feel for the thumb, unlike the hard plastic of the opposite edge of the back.
