Quote/I considered buying a Nikon D200

A freind of mine has two fuji s 5 pro which I think is very similar build to the Nikon D 200 and favours it over the Nikon D 3 for his portait work. He maintains the skin tones in his photos fron the Fuji cant be beat.

I took some photos yesterday for a freind of a litter of pups he had. In this photo I tried to get the pups as close toegther as possible and I think I focused on the nose of the pup on the left. were would you consider the best point of focus or technique in this situation.

Why have people invested into a system like pentax and then sell of all there kit and change to another brand ?. Also has any one had another kit from another brand and changed to Pentax ?. Im just curious to find out the reasons why, good luck with your choice.

Thanks David it realy is a nice lens but does take some getting used to Im still not there with it just yet. I can see what you meen re a point of interest I will probably visist the ground again some time and hopefuly may be somthing might just pop out. To be honest it would have been nice to get another place to shoot the scene but obviously your restricted to the perimeter.
