Thank you for the comments chaps. I do recall the info in your link Steve from a TV program but had not remembered it was the Dunnock.
BTW, used the KP and DA* 300 f4. Checked the settings this morning and was shocked the ISO was 3200 and one shot at 2200, I have not taken shots this high before. I have a user mode set up for Birds with Back Button focusing. These were all 1/750th sec at f6.7 with half a stop underexposed. All SOOC just scaled down for the forum upload. I'm really impressed with the clarity of the images

Fascinating watching these two, it appears the male can't make his mind up. I was tempted to comment/narate but decided better not.
I still prefer still photography to video, is it just me?

Thank you for the comments chaps.
No I didn't use a polarising filter this time, but was hoping for a better? sea state re. waves, I used a 10 stopper and a graduated filter. I struggle with the polariser not being able to see where it kicks in, turning it.
The exposure settings were; manual, ISO 100, f11, 4 seconds, 28mm on the first, on the second pic same but 10 seconds as I held a second ND16 (4 stop) in front( at least I believe it was this shot ) . 3rd pic f11, 6 secs. Others were as the first.

Just playing in the garden, taken this morning using KP & 100 Macro f2.8 WR with the 1.4 converter, handheld also a bit of a breeze making the use of a fast shutter. Bit of a trial as subject is a Greenfly / Aphid of some sort, on an Osteospermum. My favourite has to be the first shot, but have included the others for interest.

In order to find a HSBC bank to cash in a cheque received from British Gas (who uses cheques these days? they took it easily enough by Direct Debit), and avoid the road works chaos. I dusted off the year's dust and cycled in, (felt the saddle soreness starting on the return trip LOL) lovely morning and got 2 shots of the estuary nearby, but only snaps in town, enjoy hopefully;
KP and d-fa 28-105mm (for lightness of weight)

Thanks guys for the comments, and tips.

Perhaps it was your intention but these look rather under-exposed. I like the composition of number 1 and simply moving the white point improves the view.

Yes you are right, having edited this SOOC shot using RT and white balance picker there is improvement overall and now does'nt look underexposed, thank you.
