As a documentary photographer I look at the world carefully and intensely, often noticing things others do not; its part of being a photographer I guess, as photographers are voyeuristic in their nature looking through a lens at the world and yet become uncomfortable when they are in front of the camera (a main reason often quoted by photographers for taking up the ‘art’)

I also love life, culture and people, I find them fascinating and love to immerse my self in the world and yet, I am not judgemental on what others would consider an undesirable quality in a person. I have been around enough to see that other peoples life experience and upbringing may not be the same as mine, so they will have a different outlook on life than myself. I don’t see that as a reason to exclude them.
