I notised something what I haven't berofe notised with my K-x. When I slowly tip the camera left (or right - doesn't matter) for 90 degrees until it's in up-right position, I hear very obvious noise of something sliding inside the camera body! That happens with power ON and also power OFF. I tested also Shake Reduction ON an OFF and the sliding sound is still there.

Any proposal how to test SR-system?

I'm interested the sound because I fell with the bike and the camera (K-x) was in camera bag in the bike basket. K-x seems to work right and picture's quality seems to be OK and K-x has no external signs of shocks.

K-30 seems to be for heavy-duty use. I like that.

It's great to see that Pentax/Ricoh hasen't forgotten us and gontinue making "traditional" DSLR cameras. I'll hope that there are DSLR cameras on two gategories like K-x/K-r and k-7/K-5.

The first one's front wall is best. Maybe it's better to take new picture in the summer, then there isn't white snow which goes bluish.

I have Metz Mecablitz 50 AF-1. It's not particularly cheap, but sheaper than Pentax flashes.

Mike, you are right, 2nd is "awful".

So there is new trial without any "fake HDR" made more traditional way. I have tried to reduce blue from the snow and lift up left back corner's brightness a little bit.
