I buy whatever suits my needs, I have quite a few FA series legacy lenses so I had a head start when it came to Digital. I do own lenses from Samyang, Sigma and Tamron but the majority are Pentax including 7 DA lenses.

[quote:3496ace15f="MrCynical]Pentax accessory prices are, unfortunately, comical these days. See for example the M42 adapter. For some bizarre reason Pentax think people will pay £60 for it [/quote]It could be worse, it's one of the cheapest cases listed. I'm glad I do't need a Pentax Magnifier FB with Case - £269.99 Much better to buy a Magnifier-M off Ebay.

There's a little movement on the inner lens tube of my DA 70mm Ltd, it's inherent in the design of this type of lens whether it be zoom or prime. My DA 17-70 has some movement as well, probably more than the 70 Ltd but I just accept it in a modern AF lens.

John, does it have to be a Pentax branded one?

Thanks for all the advice, I'll be ordering around the 9th probably by phone, just a lens case for the DA*16-50 so no big deal unless I can find a used one beforehand. I just find £27 a little OTT for a lens case it's the only lens I don't have a case for

Thanks, much appreciated. I'll ring the order through next week, I can't find an option for doing it online.

Hi guys,

Can someone advise how to claim free postage on orders from SRS please? Do I need a Pentax User + membership?

TIA,

John
