Accurate... have some of you tried to other cameras AF?
I have, plenty, I currently have to use a Nikon D300 at work, it's not that much faster, but more sophisticated and it's accurate in low light.

Ah the good ol' daze... when you'd crack the wrist, count to three, while the turbo spins up, wait for the rear wheel to either break loose and squeel, or hook up and and launch, "Hey ma! no steering!" as the front wheel lofts and the gas tank comes up to thump you in the chest, then hit the brakes and get religion, cuas Hesus, there's a corner coming up fast!
Trouble is the brakes weren't that good either as I discovered riding a mates Z1 900 Kwak after just getting off the '73 Ducati 750 Sport I had........

I've got enough megapixels on my K7....what I would like is better/faster autofocus from Pentax!
If Pentax autofocus was up to Canon standard , their DSLRs would be far superior to most of Canon's line up.

Anybody agree?

I think it needs to be more sophisticated too, along the lines of the Nikon D7000 system.

A is manual focus and F is the first generation of autofocus. The aperture of both can be controlled from the body of a DSLR.

A nice set Mike, they're due at Rhyl airshow on Sunday but the weather forecast is not promising.

Here is a read.
http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/resolution.shtml

When shooting at f/8 13mp is the max but if you shoot f/5,6 then 27mp will do well and for f/2.8 107mp

So we aren't at the max yet, although this is the diffraction limit but surely there will be prime lenses that come close to it or not?
I've actually read this article before and quoted it in a post on PU

"Conclusions"

"So, do sensors outresolve lenses? It depends on the lens you use, the properties of the light, the aperture and the format. Small format sensors may have surpassed the limit, this is, in most cases they are lens-limited in terms of resolution."
