LOL! Thought you might, was kinda obvious! Is it ugly enough for ya?
Hideous! That's why I was planning a trip into town over the weekend to get a shot. Oh well, back to stalking Wee Jimmy Krankie I guess...

I was going to do the Tower Of Power (Bucks CC offices) but Unlocker's beaten me to the punch - gutted!

Back to the drawing board...

You could always buy a 77mm one and then step-up rings to adapt it to other lenses - I don't think there are any lenses in Pentax-land bigger than 77mm so that should account for future needs as well.

I don't really get on with big square filters (I did have a set of Cokin ones but sold them due to lack of use), I only tend to use the screw-in variety and have found that Hoya ones are consistently good quality. I do own a couple of B+W ones but can't really say I notice any improvement over the Hoyas so I don't think I'd bother with them again.

The problem I found with the system filters is that I carried them around for ages (taking up acres of camera bag real estate) and never used them because they were too much hassle 90% of the time which meant I then ended up leaving them at home. Sod's Law then dictated that when I actually did need them they were sitting in a cupboard miles away from me and my camera.

The screw in ones may not be as versatile but at least I can carry half a dozen of them with no discernable weight gain / space loss meaning they're there when I actually want them.

Just my $0.02...

Found this Pentax Right Angle Finder

Can't find any information on the Morror Adaptor, perhaps it is very rare!
Yep, that's about the sort of price I kept coming up with when I was looking for one - that's why I ended up buying a Seagull one instead. I reckon the mirror adaptor could fetch even more but it's tricky to say as I've never seen (a genuine Pentax) one for sale. I'd probably be tempted to keep both though, angle finders are always handy to have and I think I'd get some mileage out of the mirror too.

I'd probably sell the MV + 50mm as a package, sell the two zooms seperately, and expect no more than £60-70 for the whole lot.

I'd probably keep everything else and use it. The angle finder alone (if it's genuine Pentax) could fetch in excess of £100-150, I've not seen a mirror adaptor but I'm willing to bet there's a good market for that too. The LX and the primes I'd certainly want to actually use myself, but if you can't see that happening then I'm sure there'll be a queue of people willing to take them off your hands and I'd expect the LX with the waist level finder to fetch a very tidy sum indeed!

Nice collection

Excellent judging Gully and congratulations to Martin - I thought yours was the ugliest subject there so I'm pleased it won. Some really good photos again this week for a tricky subject!

Number 6 is my favourite; the background is less distracting and I think the colours work well together - I'd be very pleased indeed with that one!

I think the others are all quite good also, just not as "stand out" for me.

I can't actually remember the last time I fell over (touch wood - don't want to tempt fate) but I do have a habit of dropping things, especially heavy things like expensive cameras. Hence mine is either in my bag, secured to a tripod or 'round my neck, without exception.

I admire your bravery Don, but the idea of using my camera without some sort of "safety net" personally fills me with horror!
