I'm currently selling an FA on eBay but even I'd have to say DA unless, as stated above, you wanted to use it on an older film camera (it does have an aperture ring which the DA doesn't).

On the K10D:
Go to the Playback Menu
Go down to Playback Display
Press right
Press right again next to Bright/Dark area (tick should disappear)
Press MENU to exit
I'd imagine the K200D is similar if not exactly the same.

Red pixels? That's the "bright/dark" area display which you switch on and off in the Playback menu. Tells you which parts of the photo are under/over exposed.
