K-30 body with cables, manual, software, strap, battery charger, 1 original battery, 1 one non Pentax. In box. Shutter count around 13,500. The camera is in good condition apart from the rear screen which has scratches on it from being placed downwards on a rough surface and moved. This obviously has zero effect on performance. There is also a dust bunny visible through the viewfinder [I don't like doing anything but using the in built sensor cleaning since damaging a Canon some years ago!]. The K-30 is a really excellent camera but I can only really justify keeping one Pentax body and the K5lls won!

£250.00 including RMSD PM if interested

Has anyone heard or had experience of the compatability of earlier Sigma HSM lenses with the K5-ll/lls? I bought a non OS 120-400mm which works perfectly on my K-30 but will sometimes refuse to lock focus on my K5-lls. It's rather as if you've put a tcon onto a slow lens - the af just goes from one end to the other without locking. The screen also seems to look a bit dimmer through the viewfinder. I've done all the usual cleaning of terminals etc. It's odd that it will sometimes seem to work and sometimes not. All other lenses work perfectly on the K5-lls including a very old Sigma non HSM.

I used one of the earlier models many years ago and, when I had Nikons I tried out the later version which a friend had [the lens creep if you held it face down was incredible]. Given the choice of the two I would definitely recommend the 55-300 - just downloaded some pictures taken with mine today and, as usual, it never fails to surprise at just how good it is for the price.

Just checked and it's version 1.3 - SRS updated it when they had it back to sort the locking up problem.

I deleted them as I went along unfortunately so I'll have to see if it does it again in the next few days so I can post some. It's a bit sporadic - can go for a few weeks without doing it and then it does it again. It's a bit odd to say the least. Basically it's as I said - not just iffy but so overexposed that sometimes you can barely make out any part of the picture.
