Thanks for that reply Steven, but the photo is not important, i was on holiday up yorkshire last week when this started so the photo was just taken as a example of the cast, no doubt some kind of sensor has given up, maybe its time to upgrade as i bet repairs will be out balanced against a new one

Something very wrong here...any ideas, just for the record the settings camera settings area all correct, the walls behind my wife are supposed to magnolia.the same cast is on outdoor photos too.

Our 2nd Photographic Exhibition “Local Exposure” has now open at the Assembly House in Norwich, from 17th April – 19th May, Mon – Sat 9am-5pm Sundays 11am-4pm, if you are not local then please visit our website where the exhibition photos are displayed, there will also be a short video which will be added in the next few days.

Thanks everyone for your comments,its always best to have a pair of 'fresh eyes' look it over, And yes the Prinzflex was a Zenith, it came from Dixons...prinz was its brand name.

Thanks for all your replies, my daughter took the camera back to Asda and they done a straight swop for any other camera to the value of the original, which she duly done (got a Samsung) she is happy, i am happy, thanks asda for a quick resolve

I have a Pentax Optio E60 Compact, when turning on the camera i get a error message on the screen stating 'Lens Error'in a red bar, the lens does not open and then the camera turns its self off, sometimes it continues to work sometimes not sort of temperamental, any suggestions please, we have 1 month left on the warranty (Asda receipt)
